RCMPshield_crest2At about 3:50pm on January 19th, 2010 a Caucasian male, 40-50 years of age was observed following a young female along Valhalla Road in Quesnel, BC. The male was driving a newer model black van without rear side windows. The male followed the female for approximately 5 minutes, and attempted to engage her in conversation. He is described as being 300lbs, about 6' tall with short curly brown hair and a brown and grey beard. He was last seen wearing a red plaid zip-up jacket.

Anyone who may have information regarding the above incident, or the identity of the male is asked to contact Quesnel RCMP at 250-992-9211, or CrimeStoppers at 250-992-TIPS (8477).
