Rims and tires stolen off of belly-dump trailer worth over $10,000 - Prince George, BCOn August 23 Prince George RCMP received a report of theft of tires from a belly dump trailer on Sintich Frontage Road and Highway 97 south.

Prince George RCMP attended the location and observed that suspects had used logs to support the trailer off the ground and removed 12 (11-R24-5) tires and rims from the trailer. The theft occurred sometime overnight at around 12:30 am as night shift security witnessed a white pick up truck leaving the area at a high rate of speed. Police spoke to a number of residents in the area but had no further information or witnesses to the offense.

Prince George RCMP are asking the Public for their assistance in locating the stolen rims and tires which were valued at over $10,000. If you have any information regarding this theft please contact the Prince George RCMP Detachment (250) 561-3300 or call CRIME STOPPERS at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477)
