RCMPshield_crest2On June 13, 2012, between 1:00 and 2:00 in the afternoon a vehicle was broken into while parked on a gravel road out by Riske Creek.

Over $10,000 in cash was taken from the cab of the truck along with 35 baskets from the box. The baskets are designed for mushroom picking and are distinctive, each with a lid and white with red spray paint on the side of the basket.

Williams Lake RCMP are asking anyone with information in regards to this incident or the whereabouts of the missing items to please contact the Williams Lake RCMP at 250-392-6211. If you have information and would like to remain anonymous please call CrimeStoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
