Structure fire in Williams Lake industrial complex Friday night

"At this time, I cannot comment on the fire - which is still being investigated by members from the Williams Lake Detachment,' advised Steve Macleod of the Williams Lake RCMP. "Once the investigation is completed I will be in a better position to comment."
Williams Lake Fire Department, BC Ambulance Service, Williams Lake RCMP and Terasen Gas were at the scene of a small structure fire in an industrial area located behind the old People's Foods building tonight.
Fire Chief Randy Isfeld advised that a passer-by had alerted the fire department to flames on the outside of one of the buildings around 10:30pm.
The fire was extinguished, and there were no injuries.
