The Williams Lake Pee Wee rep hockey team took part in a tournament in Quesnel this weekend. An early morning game on Friday saw the T-Wolves come out very flat against a motivated Terrace team; Williams Lake beat Terrace previously in a tournament in Salmon Arm.

The final score between the two teams in Quesnel was 6-3 for Terrace. Williams Lake was never really in this game and struggled to get any momentum. Daine DuBois had two goals for Williams Lake and Keaton Riplinger added the third.
In the second game early Saturday morning WL faced Vanderhoof and piled it on with a 9-3 win. William Paynton had three goals and one assist. Lane Wycotte scored twice and Rylen Williamson and Landon Fuller were among the other goal scorers.

In the third game against Dawson Creek (a team WL had beaten badly earlier in the year) WL started strong but let off in the third. It was 4-4 after two periods before mental lapses and major errors allowed Dawson to score three quick goals early in the third. From there Dawson piled it on while WL seemed disheartened and were unable to mount any kind of attack. The final was a 9-4 defeat. William Paynton led the T-Wolves again with three goals and one assist and Dane DuBoise scored the other goal.
In Sunday morning action the T-Wolves faced Prince George and prevailed with a win 5-4. It was a close game right from the start and it was back and forth right to the end. WL scored on a powerplay with two minutes left to ice the game. William Paynton scored two goals and Daine DuBois, Conley Pinette and Lane Wycotte scored one each.
