121411_pee_wee_groupWilliams Lake Pee Wee Rep Hockey team put their excellent skills and training to the test this weekend in Kamloops in a 10-team tournament.

In the first game over Chilliwack the T-Wolves battled out a 7-3 win, with William Paynton taking two goals and two assists, Daine DuBois taking two goals and two assists and Cody Swan achieving two goals and one assist.

121411_pee_wee__landonIn a fiercely-contested 5-5 game against Surrey on Friday, the Williams Lake players out-chanced Surrey by a big margin, but couldn’t defeat a hot goalie.

Trey Thomas made two goals during the game against Surrey, Daine DuBois took one goal and one assist and William Paynton wrested one goal and one assist.

121411_pee_wee_keatonWilliams Lake battled it out on Saturday with the undefeated Kamloops team. The T-Wolves were in a 2-1 win at halftime, but lost 4-2 in the end.

It was a close, exciting game all the way. Kamloops scored on an empty net in the last seconds to win the game and remain undefeated. Dane DuBois scored both goals for Williams Lake.  

Williams Lake defeated Sylvan Lake 7-1, finishing the round robin 2-1-1.
