The home team had an exceptional round robin losing only to Vernon who sent a Tier 1 team to the tournament.  The 4-1 record put the Timberwolves in the final against Vernon who finished the round robin with a 5-0 record.  Vernon easily beat all of the other teams and only Williams Lake was able to keep pace and put a scare into them.

The first game was between Williams Lake and Quesnel, with Williams Lake taking the win at 6-3. Highlights included a 4g, 1a assist performance by Daine DuBois and a 1g, 2a performance by William Paynton.

St. John was a 6-0 win for Williams Lake.  Highlights included a shut-out by goalie Hayden Lyons, a 3g, 2a performance by William Paynton and a 2g, 1a performance by Trey Thomas.

The final game vs. Vernon resulted in a 4-0 loss, and was an ‘extremely good game.’ All Vernon goals were scored on the power play.

The final game was a very strong effort by Williams Lake and the team only allowed Vernon to score while they were shorthanded.  The final score of 4-0 for Vernon showed that the Tier 2 team could play with the Tier 1 team.
