James Doerfling is a 23-year-old professional mountain biker who tuned his skills shredding the endless trails that Williams Lake has to offer. James started mountain biking at 12 years old and started working at Red Shreds Bike and Board Shed shortly after that. There he met industry representatives and other people who helped him break into the field.

Radical Films have invited James to film with them for the last three films for their Kranked series. The latest movie, Kranked 8 Revolve, had its world premier last June.

James has done very well in competition as well. An 8th place finish at France’s Chatel Mountain Competition and 1st place finishes in 2008 and 2009 at Kelowna’s Center of Gravity competition are some of his career highlights.

This fall, James will be building trails for a video segment with New Wave Cinema. He will also be going to Vegas in September for the Interbike Tradeshow where he will represent his sponsors: Scott Bikes, Marzocchi, Adidas eyewear, Lizard Skins, Funn Components, Alex Rims, Schwable Tires, and Indem Clothing.

You can check out some awesome video clips of James and his friends at Vimeo or you can check out the Kranked films.
