Summer fun at Scout Island Nature Centre
| Events |

The only way to cool off after measuring trees at Minton Creek on a very hot day is to get in the water. That’s how the children taking part in Scout Island Nature Centre Explorers Camp spent Tuesday, July 17.
(Ian Langford, Logan Higgs, Will Iverson, Aiden Arenburg, and Kyler Irving enjoy time in the lake at Scout Island.)
Next for the young explorers is climbing down a cliff to explore Moffat Falls. There is a lot more fun to be had at the Nature Centre all summer, including ‘Nature Fun’ for kids 3-13.

Don’t miss the Voyageur Canoe Rides in August followed by Bat Hunting, and the Nature House is open for visitors every day of the week. For more information phone 250 398 8532 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
