The Williams Lake & District Chamber of Commerce and Member of Parliament Dick Harris’s office will be hosting a passport clinic.
The clinic will take place in the Tourism Discovery Centre at 1660 South Broadway on Wednesday, June 2 from noon until 7:00pm
Residents are reminded that each application must be completed in full before attending. Please bring original proof of Citizenship (birth certificate, certificate of Citizenship) supporting ID with current name and signature that matches, signed by your guarantor, also two passport photos signed by your guarantor. A consent form will need to be signed by all applicants who wish to have their MP act on their behalf in exchanging information with Passport Canada regarding their passport application. This is to protect the privacy of individuals with respect to personal information.
Payment by cash or debit will not be accepted for your passport; only Visa, MasterCard, certified cheque or money order. The cost for adults is $87.00; children are $37.00 or $22.00 depending on age.
An additional fee of $20 (cash only) will also be required for the courier service.
