DESCRIPTION:The vast territories of northern Quebec and Ontario contain a w
ealth of mineral resources. For more than 100 years\, they have been contr

Mining Act\, which takes precedence over all other legislation. This film
tells the story of how these resources have been exploited\, and the battl
