Jennifer Kopp has opened a home-based business as a natural health practitioner with spa and holistic services. With a focus on relaxation, strengthening your immune system and improving overall wellness, she is enjoying the opportunity to share the knowledge and passion she has for healthy inner balance with her customers.
Inner Balance Wellness Studio and Spa operates out of Jennifer’s home in a quiet neighborhood—a warm, elegant, professional environment for the wide range of health treatments she offers.

Jennifer is a Certified Natural Health Practitioner, graduated from the Canadian Institute of Natural Health and Healing in Kelowna. Fully licensed and insured for both studio and mobile locations, her diploma includes Day Spa Practitioner, Reflexologist, Aromatherapist, and Iridologist.
The treatments she offers clients include massage: Swedish, Hot Stone, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage and Chair Massage. She does Table Shiatsu, Energy Balancing, Holistic Healing, Spa Facials, Body Wraps, Body Scrubs, Bronzing and Mani-care and Pedi-care treatments.
She said that she is advancing her certifications to include Deep Tissue and Pregnancy Massage in the coming months.
“What I do is not just a massage,” she explained. “There are so many therapeutic benefits to the treatments I do. All your systems are affected by a simple massage, and by adding on treatments you can improve your whole complete wellness.”

She does both studio and mobile work. “I can take my table and travel: can set up at a ladies night or make individual calls if people prefer to have treatments in their own home,” she continued.
“I focus on your background and history and the reasons behind what you’re experiencing now. It’s more than the tension you’re feeling today—it’s a complete package. Inner balance is not just on the outside—it’s feeling completely well on the inside, too.” She said that she’s always loved the idea of massage and wellness treatments, and ever since she was young, wanted to learn how to ‘treat the whole person.’
“I really enjoy sharing what I’ve learned from my studies and research with my students,” she stated. “Education is a natural part of this: it’s listening and sharing and truly caring about people’s well-being and their health.”
Benefits from her treatments can include full body relaxation, diminished lower back pain, increased flexibility, lowered blood pressure and heart rate, enhanced skin tone, a strengthened immune system, reduced mental stress and tension headaches and improved concentration, circulation, mental relaxation and restful sleep.
Jennifer brings natural empathy, compassion and complete professionalism to each customer encounter. She understands the need to look at the stresses in your life and to make decisions for health and wellness.
“Our bodies need to be occasionally re-calibrated in order to function at their best,” she said. “Most of us don't wait until our vehicle breaks down before we take it in for maintenance, yet when it comes to our own bodies, we tend not to pay much attention until we become ill or injured.”
Jennifer’s ‘mani’ and ‘pedi’ care treatments include exfoliation and massage and she can apply a warm, soothing paraffin wax treatment that will get rid of dry skin and leave your skin like butter.
A great sample of a ‘pampering spa wellness’ package is an exfoliating body scrub with sea salts and warm oils to restore the body’s natural glow; followed by a seaweed or dead sea mud body wrap, designed to stimulate lymphatic circulation and promote detoxification; finishing with an Aromatherapy massage, using a custom blend of essential oils, to help promote physical relaxation, increased blood and lymph flow and removal of wastes.
“‘Holistic’ goes beyond spa treatments that only touch the outside of a person—this is totally wellness,” she said.
A wonderful sample of a holistic wellness treatment package is an aromatic foot soak infused with a specific blend of essential oils, a Reflexology treatment to help restore homeostasis (balance) in the body by using pressure point massage techniques on the feet; ending with an “Inner Balance” body work session, to help stimulate the body's energy flow or “Chi”. This activates the immune system, reduces pain and inflammation, and speeds the healing process.
She said that creating a relationship with her clients and providing the highest quality of professional services is her top priority. “My main focus is your well-being—that’s what gives me the most satisfaction,” she explained. “Creating long-term relationships with clients to promote healthier living is the whole thing, including being able to go back into their history and getting to the root of their concerns.”
Inner Balance Wellness Studio and Spa services are tailored to your individual needs, and Jennifer’s flexible hours allow her to adjust to what works for you.
“I want people to feel comfortable and know that I’m there for them,” she said. “This is more than appointments and treatments: it’s a relationship that exists to help you reach your best inner balance.”
