021411_empty_bowls_13Beeothcheese Bistro and Bakery co-owner Lynn Connor said this morning that they have received notice that their lease has been terminated, and that they will close their doors permanently in January.

Allison Sutherland-Mann and Lynn Connor are the owners and chefs at Beeotcheese—a restaurant and catering facility that opened on My 4, 2009. They have been renowned for their fresh, made-from-scratch food prepared from as many local ingredients as possible.

The 80-seat restaurant and 175-seat catering area, as well as the great food and service, have made Beetocheese a popular location for local events, including fundraisers, political forums, business and family events and more.

Lynn and Allison have partnered with many local organizations to benefit the community, including Women’s Contact Society, The Cancer Society, the Empty Bowl program and home-based business expos.

“We don’t have any concrete plans to re-open or relocate at this time,” Lynn explained. “It’s possible, though, that you haven’t seen the last of us yet.”
