With his first album coming out soon, David Cook gave an entertaining rendition of 'Jumpin Jack Flash' to start the night. Then in true Idol style, Ryan dragged out the suspense by narrowing down the possible elimination, to the bottom three. 

Lacey, Tim and Paige sat in the ‘loser stools’ while we heard from 'breakout star' Keesha, singing 'Blah, Blah, Blah' and Orianthi doing her hit single, 'According to You'. 

If you read my last article, you know that I indicated Tim Urban as the one eliminated tonight: well, much to my dismay, that didn't happen.

Lacey Brown got the ax and I'm very disappointed by that. She was just starting to hit her stride and I think the voters needed to give her another chance. 

For the second season, the judges are allowing the eliminated a chance to be saved, but with a unaminous vote, the judges decided not to save Lacey.
