(Photo:  Pictured here with her daughter Aurora, Cyndi Senko from HANDS On Concierge Services has turned her small business into a family business and continues to expand the residential and commercial services she offers.)

Cyndi said that whether you’re managing a busy family or running a business, it can make all the difference in the world to have someone take care of mundane tasks. “I will run errands, make phone calls, take care of paying bills and banking, pick up and drop off mail, dry cleaning, prescriptions, recycling, videos and library books,” she explained. “You can leave things like housekeeping, in-house laundry service, taking care of recyclables, grocery shopping and stocking the kitchen to me---you’re in good hands.”

Her business began through Community Futures’ self-employment program and she said that she has never looked back. “It was such a positive experience for me and I still absolutely love being self-employed,” she continued. “My oldest daughter works with me and my husband helps out, too: it’s become a family business.”

Cyndi gives her clients the option of having environmentally-friendly cleaning supplies used in their home or business. “I want to give the client the choice of a non-toxic environment when they come home. It’s safer for them and it’s safer for me,” she said.

One of the unique and helpful services that Cyndi offers her customers is a ‘wait service’.

If you have a service repair or installation scheduled, she can be there to oversee and lock up afterward. “My motto is ‘Affording you time--saving peace of mind,’” she explained.  “People want to live their lives not weighed down by mundane things, and now they can delegate those things into responsible, caring hands.”
