Community alert: local woman wanted on province-wide warrant

As of 8:45am onDecember 22, 2011, Shelann Billy is wanted on a British Columbia wide warrant for 'Fail to comply with a probation order', Section 733 1(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
