Donny placed 2nd in the dash, 1st in his heat and even though he started out at the back of the pack and got spun out while in the lead, still took the win.
Donny is a third-generation racer, currently in the most elementary racing category at this race track, the Bone Stock Mini class. His parents are planning to send him to a professional racing school in North Carolina next summer, after which he will advance directly to his father’s class—-Street Stock, bypassing two classes in between. "Donny has so many of his Dad's signature moves, and an inante skill level," boasts Leanne Kunka. "He takes racing very seriously."
