CRD Updates from BC Street at the Olympics

022510_bcstreetThe sun came out again today on BC Street.

The Cariboo Chilcotin Coast pavilion handed out Smokey the Bear swag from the Cariboo Fire Centre to all the kids.

Juanita Corbett from the Hills Health Ranch & Spa joined the BC Street team to sample their Canadian Natural Oils.

Lots of entertainment took place in the Spirit Square.  Lelala First Nation Dancers from Comox Valley performed and Hawkey the Kootenay Rockies hockey mascot provided roving entertainment.

A sand castle artist from White Rock built a beautiful Olympic-inspired piece entirely from sand.

Another successful day.
